1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the posted legal policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Site purpose
The Site provides information about Robby Roadsteamer, music, videos, events, merchandise, support campaigns, press, booking, commentary, satire, and related creative work. Content may be comedic, political, provocative, satirical, or opinion-based.
3. Age and authority
You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction to make a payment, purchase, booking request, or other binding submission. A person acting for an organization confirms authority to bind that organization.

5. Satire, commentary, and opinions

Support payments, tips, campaign contributions, merchandise purchases, and subscriptions are subject to the Support & Refund Policy and any processor or seller terms shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, support payments are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible.
8. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, text, original images, music, video, graphics, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except a limited, revocable right to access the Site for personal, lawful use. Platform embeds remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, they are not organizers, fiduciaries, charities, event sponsors, sellers of Robby Roadsteamer merchandise, recipients of support funds, or publishers responsible for creator-supplied content.

15. Changes and severability
Terms may be updated prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent allowed by law.
