Ownership
Original Robby Roadsteamer branding, music, videos, writing, photographs, graphics, and Site content are protected by copyright, trademark, publicity, and other applicable laws. Third-party platform content remains owned by its respective rights holders.
Permitted sharing
You may share links to public Site pages and use platform-provided sharing tools. Republishing, selling, altering, scraping, or distributing substantial Site content without permission is prohibited except as allowed by law.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice through the Contact page containing: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; a good-faith statement; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create liability.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, repeat infringers may have access restricted or content removed.
Important limitation
Posting a policy alone does not create DMCA safe-harbor protection. A qualifying online service provider may also need to designate and maintain an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and satisfy other statutory requirements.
