1. Nature of support payments
Payments labeled support, tip, mission contribution, donation, or similar wording support Robby Roadsteamer’s creative work, including music, travel, video production, lawful performance activity, props, events, administrative costs, payment fees, and related operating expenses.
2. Not a charitable contribution
Unless a checkout page expressly identifies a qualified charitable organization and provides the required tax information, payments through this Site are not represented as charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible. No charitable receipt will be issued unless legally authorized.
3. Campaign goals
Goal meters are informational. Amounts may be updated manually or through payment-provider data. A goal is not a promise that a specific event, trip, video, protest action, product, or result will occur. Plans may change for safety, legal, scheduling, platform, weather, funding, or creative reasons.
4. Use of funds
Funds may be applied to the stated mission and reasonable related costs. Unless a campaign expressly guarantees restricted use, contributions are not held in trust and may be reallocated among related creative and operating needs.
5. Refunds
Support payments and tips are generally final once processed, except where required by law, where a duplicate or unauthorized charge is verified, or where the payment processor requires a refund. Contact the Site promptly with the transaction date, amount, and payment method. Merchandise, tickets, subscriptions, and third-party campaigns follow the refund and cancellation terms shown by the applicable seller or processor.
6. Recurring support
Recurring support continues at the disclosed interval until canceled. Cancellation stops future charges but ordinarily does not reverse charges already processed. Manage recurring payments through the payment provider or contact the Site for assistance.
7. Chargebacks and fraud
Contact the Site before initiating a chargeback so errors can be reviewed. Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false disputes may result in access restrictions and submission of relevant records to the payment processor or authorities.
8. Payment processors
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, Patreon, Venmo, Cash App, GoFundMe, merch sellers, or other providers. Those providers control payment security, settlement, account requirements, and certain refund decisions under their own terms.

Use the Contact page for payment or refund questions. Include only the information needed to locate the transaction; do not send full card numbers or security codes.
